You can log in to our platform using your unique employee credentials. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your assigned counselor’s availability. Simply select a time slot that works for you and confirm your booking.
No. Once you’ve signed up, your details are securely stored in our system. For follow-up sessions, you can log in and directly book with your assigned counselor without re-entering your information.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a session through the platform. However, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation charges and allow other employees to book the time slot.
Your employers are aware of your participation in this service as they sponsor the service as part of their mental health initiative. However, they do not have access to individual session details or contents discussed in the session which are entirely private and confidential.
Simply bring your thoughts, feelings, and concerns to the session. There’s no right or wrong way to prepare—it’s a safe space for you to explore whatever is on your mind. If you feel nervous, our counselors are here to guide you.
Your employer may cover the full or partial cost of these sessions or offer a limited number of free sessions per employee as part of their commitment to supporting your mental health. For clarity and better understanding please refer to your organization's policy or speak to your HR.
